I know that these aren't actually pets but they are "mine" LOL I think that they are one of the most beautiful birds. I have set out feeders and they come up in front of our house and feed. I love to watch them. We have about 15 of them that feed there!

I love hummingbirds as well. Aren't they just the most adorable creature you've ever seen?
We moved recently so I don't have my feeders out yet, but I used to love and watch them.
They're so tiny and innocent looking and just a joy to watch.
Glad to see I'm not alone in my hummingbird passion!

My in-laws have humming bird feeders and they enjoy watching them, too. It's amazing how they hover.
So now everybody's been giving my in-laws humming bird decorations and figures.

Of all the non domesticated birds these are my favorite as well. I love to watch them come and feed. They are so graceful. I've seen plants that resemble those birds. Humming bird plant.
I don't have any where I live now and I miss them.

I know I was told that having a hummingbird is something that isn't in the rules. They are better left to be outside, free to do what it is that they do but to have one in my home would e so lovely.

Humming birds are better to watch from the window. They are such free birds that you wouldn't want to cage them up.

Oh I understand and agree, I was only saying that it would be lovely to have one in a home, but I could never cage a bird like that.
